organisation

A.S.D. Atletica Pont Donnas in co-operation with Atletica Canavesana, Atletica Ivrea, C.A. Celle Ligure et Atletica Arcobaleno Savona organizes the meeting in the context of the Circuit E.A.P. (Europe Athlétisme Promotion).

Rules

Each athlete can take part to a maximum of 2 individuals competitions. Each athlete must confirm his registrations within 1 hour before the event. Not confirmed enter application forms will be deleted.

registration

The inscriptions must be sended to the club office (e-mail address: atletica@pont-donnas.it or info@meetingviacolvento.it) not later than 9th July 2012.
The inscriptions must be filled member’s name and surname, date of birth, taking part event and 2011 or 2012 best performance.

EAP registration

Following EAP rules, inscriptions must be sended to the organisation team 30 days before the event and they have to be confirmed 15 days before. Following EAP rules the organizing committee will offer accommodation and reimbourcement.

technical rules

100m events will take place in heats + final (12 women and 18 men)
200 m, 110 hs, 100 hs events will take place in races.
Sprint competitions and hurdles are organized in series (from the lowest to the best).
Just the best 8 athletes of the heats will compete in the field competitions final.

Awards

First three best members for any competition will receive awards.
1st = 100 € cash prize + gift
2nd = 60 € cash prize + gift
3rd = 40 € cash prize + gift

In case of same or better 1100 IAAF scores performance
1st = 150 € cash prize + gift
2nd = 100 € cash prize + gift
3rd = 80 € cash prize + gift

In case of same or better 1150 IAAF scores performance
1st = 200 € cash prize + gift
2nd = 150 € cash prize + gift
3rd = 100 € cash prize + gift

200 € special prize for breaking current stadium’s record
200 € special prize for breaking current EAP record

Athletes of U13-U15-U17-U19-U23 categories will receive gifts.
